Women’s Day Retreat in Leigh-on-sea

I’m excited to announce a Women’s Day Retreat on 22 September  that I am running with two lovely colleagues, Kellie Jones and Delmeza McCallaghan.

Sometimes just getting away from your normal world can open you to a new way of being. Join my colleagues and I for an intimate retreat, a blissful day of relaxation, rejuvenation and transformation in Leigh-on-sea!

This day is for you if:

  • You are ready to relax and let go.
  • You know it’s the right time for some care for yourself.
  • You would love a day of gentle learning, blissful treatments, getting in tune with your body and wonderful home cooked vegetarian food.

The day will include

  • A little meditation.
  • A mini self love workshop
  • A cacao ceremony and a sound bath.
  • Create your own aromatherapy and flower essence room or aura spray to take home with you so you can recapture the essence of the day again and again.
  • A session on Conscious Creation of Abundance in every level of your life.
  • A mini treatment of Reiki, Chakra balancing, Bowen therapy or Reflexology. Your choice!
  • A home cooked vegan lunch of tasty salads and hot dishes. Please tell us of any food sensitivities beforehand.
