Cancellation Policy

Cancelled therapy appointments, with less than 24 hours’ notice and non-attendance, are charged in full unless the appointment is taken by another client. The only time this fee may be waived is in the event of serious or contagious illness or emergency. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, text or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

If you arrive less than 30 minutes late, your treatment may be reduced, but still charged at the tariff price. If you are more then 30 minutes late your treatment may not be honoured. This will ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced.

Event Cancellation by Rosemary Cunningham

Rosemary reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If Rosemary cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or transfer to another course.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Rosemary has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Workshops and Programmes

If you cancel your registration at least 14 days prior to an event, you’ll receive a full refund.

If you cancel your registration within 7 days of an event for any reason, no refunds or credits towards future workshops will be given unless your place can be filled by another attendee.

If you are paying by a payment plan, if you decide not to complete your programme you are still obliged to complete your payments in full except at Rosemary Cunningham’s discretion.

Notice of cancellation may be made by phone or in writing. Written notice shall be delivered to Rosemary Cunningham via email to or regular mail.. Cancellation by text message will not be accepted.

The date of cancellation shall be considered the actual date such notice is received by Rosemary Cunningham. Refunds for credit card payments shall be made within 5 business days; payments by check shall be refunded within 10 business days.
