Why me?

Since 1984, I’ve been helping people from all walks of life to achieve a better standard of health, vitality and be able to enjoy their lives to the full!

I trained as a nurse at Southend Hospital, Essex in 1984.  In 1992 I started to train as a Complementary Therapist, first in massage then Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Bowen Technique and massage and Reflexology for babies and children.  I have run a busy practice in the Southend area since 1993.

I believe that our health problems are a sign that all is not well in our lives and that we need to make a change. Conventional health care often treats the symptom, not the underlying cause. In my work I also help you work out what might have caused your weakness in the first place.

The best part of my work is to see my you become pain-free and regain mobility you may have lost. I’ve also shared the joy of ladies who became pregnant against all the odds and have happy healthy babies. I also love to see how people start to take control of their lives. Treatment can be a catalyst to think about what we really would like and we need in our lives to make us happy. You may move on to start doing something you have always wanted to do.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Bowen Therapists European Register. Membership of these associations requires me to work to a code of ethics and conduct, be well insured and every year complete more training to learn new skills, keep me up to date and in touch with changes.
