Why me
Since 1984, I’ve been helping people from all walks of life to achieve a better standard of health, vitality and be able to enjoy their lives to the full! I trained as a nurse at Southend Hospital, Essex in 1984. In 1992 I trained first in massage then Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Bowen Technique.
