Security of data – whether about her clients or suppliers – is very important to Rosemary. Part of her compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 is the registration of the purposes for which Rosemary processes personal/sensitive personal data with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) – the “Notification”. This Notification is available on the Public Register of Data Controllers at www.ico.gov.uk

Rosemary only shares personal data with third parties as part of her services and/or if required to do so by UK law. Sensitive personal data are only shared with your explicit consent. Rosemary cannot accept any liability for any processing conducted by third parties outside her remit.
