Raving fan of reflexology in pregnancy!

Firstly, thank you so much for all your effort, encouragement and positivity. As you are aware I came to you on advice from my cousin and I can honestly say I was sceptical to say the least - what could reflexology possibly do for me? I have now eaten my words and am a complete convert! The reflexology, without a doubt, had an incredible and immeasurable effect on my health, well being and healing during and after my pregnancy. When I came to you I felt stressed and tired and after only one session I felt so much better, more relaxed and it only improved from there! As you know, my blood pressure was very high in the last weeks of my first pregnancy and resulted in being immediately admitted to hospital, medication to control it (and for a further 6 months after giving birth), a failed induction that lasted for 5 days and then a c-section. This time, it never faltered and even in the final weeks and days, including almost a week past my due date, my blood pressure remained at a very healthy level (and continues to remain so) - both my midwife and GP couldn't quite believe it!
I had a c section with both my pregnancies and the difference between the two couldn't be further apart. I was concerned as to how I would cope if I had to have another c section - I shouldn't have worried! 3 days after the operation my scar was healing very well and the area wasn't even red (again my midwife couldn't believe it). This time, I have felt very little discomfort, am able to move much more freely and remain pain free - what a difference from my previous experience! I firmly believe all of this is entirely due to your reflexology sessions! I can't say enough about the difference it made to my health in pregnancy and will be forever grateful for the experience, so much so we're even considering a third ...
