Common chemicals can affect Fertility

I just came across this research from Denmark and it reinforces something I've thought for years.  It seems that chemicals in our daily life, sofas, food, carpets can be affecting our fertility.

So what can we do about this?  Awareness is all and if we know we can make steps to keep our bodies detoxing as well as we can, be properly nourished and avoid any unnecessary toxins. Do contact me for more information as there is plenty of help out there.

Foresight preconception charity have been campaigning and researching this for years.  Foresight was set up by 4 ladies including mothers, a doctor's wife, all with the common interest of producing happy, healthy babies.  They provide a service at cost, encouraging couples to have their hair tested for nutritional deficiencies and environmental pollution and advise you on which supplements to take and any lifestyle changes to give you the best chance of conception and having a healthy baby. Their results are excellent so please do investigate.  I find very few couples actually get their hair tested through the programme and my belief is that it would benefit them to do so.  The cost is very small, about £70 for both to have hair tested and supplements are sold at cost.
