Help for Eczema sufferers to stop scratching for good!

Tomorrow I have my first appointment at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital in a "behavioual modification" clinic to learn to stop scratching - something all eczema sufferers would recognise as very difficult.  I heard of this programme in a book "The Eczema Solution" by Sue Armstrong-Brown and got my GP to refer me last year.  At the time it wasn't running but, I'm excited to stay, it's started again and I'm joining it tomorrow!  I feel this is a really valuable resource for chronic eczema sufferers like me so will be writing up my progress over the next few weeks.  The programme has really changed peoples' lives so I'm really looking forward to sharing my discoveries!  More to come.

Unfortunately  my appointment has been delayed.  I'lll be blogging as soon as I start.
