Bowen for Asthma and respiratory problems
This weekend I'm off to learn more about Bowen for respiratory problems. I'm heading up to London for 2 days to do some work with Alistair Rattray whose website is www.relieve-childhood-asthma.com
I learnt my existing Bowen for asthma wiht Alistair some 6 years ago and am going back for an update. It's always useful to meet other students as well and swap stories. Alistair always has a stand at the Allergy Show and I helped him last year and probably will again this year.
I was very impressed with myself as an asthma sufferer. I climbed 4000ft up a volcano a few days ago without so much as a wheeze. The rapid heart beat was another matter!! Boy it was steep and challenging but a great achievement with no asthma.
