I'm on a 21 Day Meditation Challenge

Back in the summer and again in the autumn I joined thousands of people worldwide, who received a fabulous short meditation, dictated by the gorgeous and listenable voice of David Ji from Deepak Chopra's institute in California.  I missed a couple of days but all the meditations are available to download afterwards.  They're aimed at beginners and are really helpful, explaining the questions we have such as how we control those thoughts that keep coming in while we're trying to be quieten our mind..  It's not about the lotus position for me but relaxing in a recliner with the phone switched off.

You can register here for the next challenge which starts shortly.   I really recommend this as it has helped me and several of my clients and could start a really beneficial habit for the rest of your life.

Meditation has been known to do the most wonderful things in all areas of medicine. For instance couples with unexplained infertility were much more likely to conceive after a few weeks of dailiy meditation. I'll find some more research for a later post.  I fit a few minutes into my busy life virtually every day now and it's helped me become a much happier, healthier and satisfied.
